FIELD: power industry.

SUBSTANCE: system includes a loading device, a power generating unit, a gasification reactor with water and steam boilers, with gas burning and regeneration and atmospheric air warm-up zones, a steam-air mixture mixing and warm-up chamber, a separator - ID fan and a stabilising cooler. In addition, the system is equipped with a fuel treatment unit with a fuel treatment and transportation system, with a gaseous fuel source and a viscous fuel heater, which are connected through an additional burner device to a burner of primary ignition of gasification reactor; a reserve separator - ID fan installed parallel to the operating one, the inlet of which is connected through the gas duct to the zone of gasification, regeneration and synthesis of gasification reactor, and the outlet of which is connected through the stabilising cooler, to inlets of the power generating unit and a hydrocarbon synthesis unit.

EFFECT: possibility of generating energy carriers with minimum energy consumption from outside at environmentally non-waste processing of any organic raw material.
