FIELD: shaped charges.
SUBSTANCE: the shaped charge has a body in the form of an open envelope, explosive located inside it, and a facing located in the open part of the body with a relief made of lugs or recesses in the form of strips forming polygons and facing the explosive. The facing have various shapes in the form of plates, cones, segments, hemispheres with a definite relative between the explosive mass and the mass of the used facing.
EFFECT: enhanced volume of the formed duct or the diameter of the pierced hole without any increase of the explosive mass and charge caliber, reduced instability of charge action.
