FIELD: the invention refers to analytical chemistry and may be used for definition of hydrogen sulfide in gaseous mediums.

SUBSTANCE: the technical task is in definition of microconcentrations of hydrogen sulfide in the flow of an inert gas in the range of 3-18 mg/m3 with using of piezoelectric quarts resonators whose electrodes are modified by sensitive and stable sorbents allowing to raise sensitiveness of micro weighting of hydrogen sulfide and providing expressiveness, mobility, economy and simplicity of definition. The technical result is achieved due to the fact that in the mode of definition of microconcentrations of hydrogen sulfide in the flow of an inert gas including using of piezoelectric quart resonators of volumetric acoustic waves with own frequency of vibrations of 16 MGs, modification of their electrodes with sorbent solution, thermic removal of solution, injector input of hydrogen sulfide into the flow of the gas-bearer and registration of the analytical signal in quality of modifiers of electrodes of piezoelectric quartz resonators sorbents piled up on electrodes in layers in a definite order are used.

EFFECT: improves definition of hydrogen sulfide in gaseous mediums.
