FIELD: analytical methods and environmental monitoring. SUBSTANCE: determining diethylamine vapors in air consists in modification of resonator electrodes with sorbent solution, thermal removal of solvent, introduction of air to be analyzed into detection cell, and detection and recording of analytical signal. Sensitive layer of electrodes of piezoquartz resonator employs a novel sorbent, namely ethanolic solution of propolis (10 mcg/sq. mcdm), mass of film varying between 8.5 and 24.0 mcg. Solvent is removed at 40-50 C during 30-40 min. EFFECT: increased selectivity, accuracy, and rapidity of analysis. 1 dwg, 2 tbl, 18 ex
