FIELD: training means, applicable in trainers of drivers of tracked vehicles on routes having sections with pavements of various kinds.

SUBSTANCE: a switching unit is used in the trainer, its output is connected to the second inputs of the first memory unit and the frame quality set-point device connected to the first input of the switching unit, the second and third inputs of the switching unit are connected to the output of the first pulse counter and the fourth output of the function selector switch respectively. The device has a cabin with controls, controls position pick-ups simulation unit of tracked vehicle running speed governor motion-picture projector tape advance mechanism, screen, frame quantity transducer, pulse shaper, the first pulse counter, function selector switch having two positions "program" and "Operation" the second memory unit, the second pulse counter, the first memory unit, ground type set-point device, switching unit and the frame quantity set-point device. Selecting by turn the film frame number with the aid of the set-point device and switching on the ground type corresponding to it with the aid of the set-point device, programming of the whole film is performed. Depending on the position of the controls that are exposed by the drives being trained, and on the code of the ground type, a signal proportional to the tracked vehicle speed is formed. The formed signal from the unit output via the speed governor acts on the motion-picture projector thus providing the necessary speed of the motion-picture film advance.

EFFECT: enhanced efficiency of training due to reduction of labor content in preparation of the trainer to operation at a replacement of the film or of the training program on the same film.
