SUBSTANCE: invention relates to simulators for training a driver-mechanic to drive a tracked vehicle. The simulator for learning to drive a tracked vehicle contains a cab with a driver's observation device with indicators, controls and sensors for their position, vertical accelerations and angular velocities. The instructor, using the control panel, selects the driving exercise and, using the switch, selects the terrain of the polygon containing vertical obstacles. In this case, a signal is sent to the terrain simulator from the switch. Additionally, an integrator is introduced into the simulator, connected to the block for modeling the dynamics of movement and the logical element "AND", with the block for simulating the suspension of the machine, which has an output to the control equipment of the dynamic platform of the cab and with the second input of the controller. The regulator is connected to the cockpit with controls and sensors for their position, vertical acceleration and angular velocities, and is also connected to the logical element "AND" connected to the logical element "OR", connected in series to the output of the master, and the output of the logical element "OR" through the block for modeling the dynamics of movement is connected to the second output of the simulator of the terrain, which has an output to the indicators of the observation device of the driver, located in the cab.

EFFECT: level of training of the trainee is increasing.
