FIELD: hydro-acoustics.
SUBSTANCE: hydro-acoustic multi-element antenna contains a set of piezo-electric rod transformers, positioned inside a cylindrical case filled with electro-insulating substance, and held on common round cover plate provided with coordinating layer of rubber-like polymer material on external surface, a ring being introduced between side surface of common cover plate and internal side surface of cylindrical body. Edge of the body is rigidly held by screws in radial direction towards the ring surface via rubber seals, and as electro-insulation substance filling the cylindrical body, insulating gas is selected. Piezo-electric rod transformer for hydro-acoustic multi-element antenna contains piezo-active element reinforced by a pin with front and back barrel-like cover plates, facing each other with edges of walls; onto side surface of which resilient damping rubber collars are pinned with tightness.
EFFECT: prevention of unwanted resonance of structural elements of antenna and piezo-electric rod transformer, decreased geometric dimensions and weight of hydro-acoustic multi-element antenna and simplified design of rod transformer.
