FIELD: hydroacoustic equipment including resonant radiating antennas operating in sonic and ultrasonic frequency bands. SUBSTANCE: hydroacoustic antenna has rod-type piezoelectric transducers mounted in common case, rigid shell on front surface of antenna connected to rod-type transducers, insulating filler, and common rear metal screen; rigid shell is, essentially, front part of case provided with cylindrical holes to receive rod-type transducers; each transducer has front and rear cylindrical straps ; each strap is passed through stuffing arrangement and connected over ring circuit through mechanical isolator to inner surface of respective cylindrical hole; insulating filler is placed between rigid shell with rear straps and metal screen. Cylindrical holes of transducers form cylindrical spaces at front straps that may be filled with liquid or matching elements in the form of one or more matching layers which enlarges effective space of antenna. EFFECT: improved directivity characteristics and frequency response of antenna, enlarged frequency band. 6 cl, 2 dwg
