FIELD: dust trapping engineering.
SUBSTANCE: device comprises housing, peripheral inlet for gas, filtering member, and hopper for collecting dust. The peripheral gas inlet is positioned in the central section of the device and made of an inlet branch pipe connected with the housing of the cyclone member at the right angle. The cyclonic member is made of two coaxial branch pipes. One of the branch pipes is provided with the filtering member made of a cassette filter made of filtering corrugated paper and mounted in the wire frame. The other branch pipe is provided with the hopper for collecting dust made of a dust-collecting bag. The cassette filter has a regeneration mechanism made of at least two plates secured to the shaft mounted coaxially to the filter. The plates are set in the hollows of the corrugation. The shaft is made for permitting rotation by means of a drive secured in the top section of the wire frame of the filter and made of electric motor and reduction gear. The cyclonic member is made of a scroll-shaped housing provided with fan. The branch pipe connected with the dust-collecting bag receives the insert made of a cylindrical-conical sleeve. The reflecting washer is mounted coaxially to the sleeve inside the branch pipe.
