FIELD: chemical industry; other industries; production of the dust-trapping apparatuses.

SUBSTANCE: the invention is pertaining to the dust-trapping apparatuses. The dust-trapping apparatus contains the body, the gas stream inlet, the filtering components and the bins for the dust collection. The gas stream inlet is disposed in the central part of the apparatus and is made in the form of the paired cyclone component of the snail type with the inlet fitting pipe. On the cyclone component perpendicularly to its butts surfaces two pairs of the fitting pipes are fixed: the upper pair and the lower pair. The filtering components are fixed on the upper fitting pipes and are made in the form of the arranged in the wire framing of the cassette filters made out of the filtering paper. The dust collecting bins are fixed on the lower fitting pipes and made in the form of the dust-collecting bags. Each cassette filter contains the mechanism of the recuperation made in the form of rigidly fixed on the coaxial with the filter shaft, at least two plates, on which free ends facing the filtering paper there are the fixed resilient components made in the form of the hair brush or the plates made out of elastomer. The shaft is put on rotation from the driving gear fixed in the upper part top of the wire framing of the filter and consisting of the electromotor and the reduction gearbox. The technical result of the invention is the increase of efficiency and reliability of the dust trapping process.

EFFECT: the invention ensures the increased efficiency and reliability of the dust trapping process.
