FIELD: mechanical engineering, in particular, processes for cleaning of washing tank mounted within water tank of washing machine.
SUBSTANCE: method involves determining whether user has selected washing tank cleaning process; feeding into water tank water needed for cleaning of washing tank and rotating washing tank and simultaneously supplying heat to water tank by means of at least one heat supplying device positioned in washing machine; providing high temperature in washing tank during cleaning thereof. Washing machine has water feeding valve for regulation of water flow within water tank, said water being fed into washing tank and used as cleaning water, and microcomputer for controlling water feeding valve and heat supplying device, designed for determining whether user has selected washing tank cleaning process. Water for cleaning of washing tank is fed separately a number of times, and rotation of washing tank is enabled during supplying of heat after termination of individual water feeding process.
EFFECT: increased efficiency in removal of contaminants and disinfection.
