FIELD: oil producing industry.
SUBSTANCE: invention can be used in drives of submersible oil producing pumps. Proposed unit includes frequency converter with rectifier, inverter connected with converter and control system connected with inverter, and electric motor with submersible pump at output lowered into well. Unit includes also electric motor rotor position pickup made in form of current sensor unit and connected with inverter and control system, and program control system connected with control system. Step-up transformer is installed at inverter output and current sensors unit is installed at output of transformer. Control system is made in form of unit of frequency converter microprocessor and unit of communication of frequency converter and unit forming position signals connected with current sensors unit and with output of step-up transformer, all connected with microprocessor of frequency converter. Program control system is made in form of controller with microprocessor unit and communication unit connected with the latter and also data unit and current measuring unit connected with current sensor unit. Frequency converter communication unit is connected with controller communication unit.
EFFECT: enlarged range of frequency control, reduced mass-dimension characteristics, facilitated starting of unit and improved reliability in operation.
