FIELD: oil and gas industry.
SUBSTANCE: group of inventions relates to oil producing equipment and, in particular, to the management of wells for production of formation fluid. Control Station - CS of the pumping unit of oil producing well in the first variant contains two interconnected controllers, frequency converter, block of output filters. Inputs of the latter are connected to the output of the inverter, and the outputs are connected by a power cable through a three-phase transformer with submersible electric motor - SEM of the pumping unit. Electric motor is equipped with telemetry module with the possibility of transmitting telemetry information to the CS. Block of phase sensors is connected to the information inputs of the first controller. There is a device for coupling the telemetry module, connected by zero wire to the connection of the secondary windings of the three-phase transformer in a "star" mode and to the second controller as well. There is a unit for specifying the rotor speed of the electric motor, the external communication unit and the power supply and switching unit of the control part of the frequency converter, connected by a linear wire to one of the phases of the three-phase current network on the circuit breaker of the controllers and the output to the second controller. There is a thermal control system provided with the possibility of controlling the second controller. Frequency converter includes a rectifier connected to the three-phase power supply via a circuit breaker. Rectifier control unit is connected to the control outputs of the controller, and the outputs to the rectifier. DC link filter inputs are connected to the rectifier, and the outputs are connected to the inverter and DC sensor connected to the information input of the controller. Key control signal generator is connected, on the one hand, with the control outputs of the controller, and on the other hand, with the control inputs of the inverter. Thermal control system contains the devices for heating and ventilation of the cabinet, temperature, humidity and door positions. In the second variant, the pumping unit control station is equipped with a telemechanical system - TMS with the possibility of transmitting telemetry information from the telemetry module and the electric actuator valve unit - EAV to the CS and control commands of the EAV unit by zero wire and power cable in the reverse direction. In this case, it contains a microprocessor connected by the information input to the first controller and the control input to the second controller.
EFFECT: technical result is an increase in the efficiency of exploitation of oil producing wells.
