FIELD: engines and pumps.
SUBSTANCE: in submersible pumping unit the diametre of housing of current lead station is more than diametre of housing of electric motor by the value determined by the following ratio: B=1/2D(hp)+1/2T(cep)-1/2D(em), where D(hp) - diametre of hydroprotection station, T(cep) - thickness of cable extension piece, D(em) - diametre of electric motor. Axis of housing of current lead station is eccentrically offset relative to common axis by the value equal to 1/2 B. Casing of forced flow is made of thin-wall shell of current lead station and thin-wall shell of electric motor with heat exchanger, which are tightly attached to each other. Flow section of channel between inner surface of thin-wall shell of current lead station and outer surface of its housing is equal to flow section of the channel formed with inner surface of thin-wall shell of electric motor with heat exchanger and outer surface of heat exchanger of electric motor. Flanges of pumping unit are eccentric.
EFFECT: higher operating reliability of the unit, possible operation of submersible pumping unit in wide range of modes and diametres of production strings of oil wells, and improved assembly processibility of pumping unit.
