SUBSTANCE: proposed method consists in that encaged balls (15) are arranged between plane pinions (7, 8), plane pinions and housing elements, their cages (16) surrounding the webs (5) of flanges (3, 4) extending through said plane pinions, as well as pins (14) of parallel cranks and eccentric shaft (6).

EFFECT: higher efficiency owing to decreased friction between movable parts in complex flat motion.
