FIELD: pipeline transportation engineering, possible use when driving a gas main for transporting product with negative or variable temperature at section, adjacent to compressor station under conditions of watery tundra and northern swamps.
SUBSTANCE: in accordance to invention, gas main is driven in artificial trench, at a section of "warm" gas line, branching from compressor station - exhaust loop, its driven in man-made trench driven in a fill. In the fill, for calculated length in parallel to "warm" gas line, "cold companion" is driven, moved to opposite side of "warm" gas line, reverse branch of "cold companion" is divided on two branches, which are positioned lower or symmetrically on both sides of exhaust loop, transporting the compressed gas, while "cold companion" is distanced from gas line before the cutoff valve, dividing receiving and exhaust loops. Variants of method for driving the gas main and for making the fill are given.
EFFECT: ensured quality and reliability of constructed gas main, avoided excavation operations connected to digging of the trench and prevented disruption of ecological parameters of environment during construction of gas main.
