STORAGE BATTERY Russian patent published in 2007 - IPC H01M10/04

Abstract RU 2303840 C2

FIELD: electrical engineering.

SUBSTANCE: proposed environment-oriented low-current storage battery has positive-plate backing and negative-plate backing, both functioning as electrical conductors placed at different potentials, positive-plate backing being capable of water activation or ionization. Film is inserted between positive- and negative-plate backings. Water ions convey electricity within battery. Battery is energized due to potential difference between positive- and negative-plate backings.

EFFECT: reduced cost and enhanced environmental friendliness of battery.
