SUBSTANCE: invention relates to lithium-ion batteries. The lithium-ion battery includes: external coating material, filled with electrolyte; current tap, enclosed in external coating material, formed with electrode layer containing an active material, and electrically connected to this electrode layer; insulation layer, which is provisioned on the current tap; and the element with low potential, which is provisioned on the insulation layer, it has smaller oxidation-reduction potential, than the active material of the electrode layer, and has a recovery ability with reference to the active material.
EFFECT: increase of charging/discharge cycles without complication of the battery design.
