SUBSTANCE: method involves using lettuce as part of garnish, said lettuce being preliminarily cut and frozen before packaging process; mixing vegetable oil with CO2-extracts of spices before packaging process; powdering fresh fish with edible salt during packaging.

EFFECT: provision for utilization of fresh fish without preliminary thermal processing thereof.
