SUBSTANCE: claimed method includes sequential pre-packing of vegetables, fresh fish, vegetables, and vegetable oil, sealing, cooling and conditioning up to ageing. In vegetable composition sorrel is used which is cut and frost before pre-packing. Vegetable oil is blended with CO2-extract from spices. Fish is dusted with table salt.
EFFECT: improved method for production of canned goods from fish of any kind and vegetables.
