SUBSTANCE: the present innovation deals with predicting the inflammation of Cowper's glands due to carrying out ultrasound testing the area of urogenital diaphragm with the help of transrectal sensor backwards against membranous part of urethra. It is necessary to determine the contours, the size and echogenicity of Cowper's glands. In case of increased sized being above 6 mm, decreased echogenicity and availability of indistinct and uneven contours it is possible to diagnose cowperitis.
EFFECT: higher efficiency and accuracy of diagnostics.
