FIELD: wind-power engineering; windmill electric generating plants operating under reduced wind load conditions.
SUBSTANCE: proposed windmill electric generating plant has tower, slewing assembly, bladed windwheel, electric generator, pneumatic load storage assembly with pressure transducer for controlling pneumatic load feed to windwheel blades, and assembly feeding pneumatic load to windwheel blades which is made in the form of tubes with nozzles tangentially disposed relative to blades. Slewing assembly is made in the form of rotary platform that mounts stabilizing wind vane and vertical supports for windwheel hollow shaft; installed on top of supports is floor that mounts reducer and electric generator; current collector is disposed under platform. Storage assembly is made in the form of compressor connected to storage receiver, both mounted in tower base and coupled through pipeline with windwheel hollow shaft. Inner space of blades is filled with foaming material; tubes feeding pneumatic load to windwheel blades are built in windwheel hollow shaft.
EFFECT: ability of steady state running at reduced wind load below critical value and in its absence for rather long time.
