FIELD: heating technique used for preparing of food products.
SUBSTANCE: heating apparatus has main casing including cooking chambers detachably attached to one another, heaters for heating of respective cooking chambers, and device for ventilating at least one cooking chamber by supplying outside air. Ventilating device has air blowing device for blowing of outside air into at least one cooking chamber, and flow change-over device adapted for selective feeding of air blown by air blowing device into at least one of cooking chambers. Air flow change-over device has body equipped with inlet opening connected to discharge opening of air blowing device, first and second discharge openings connected to first and second cooking chambers, respectively. Regulating member is positioned for rotation within casing for selective opening or closing of first or second discharge opening. Electric engine controls flow for rotation of regulating member. Also, method for preparing of food is described.
EFFECT: provision for ventilation of inner parts of cooking chambers after completing of food preparing process or ventilation of one cooking chamber for providing safe usage of heating apparatus.
