FIELD: food industry.
SUBSTANCE: heating device for food preparation contains a closed boiling chamber having a heater for heating food contained in the closed boiling chamber; a ventilation chamber having an inlet and an outlet channels and connected to the boiling chamber via the inlet and outlet channels so that to enable air circulation between the ventilation and the boiling chambers; a rotary fan for recirculation of air between the boiling and the ventilation chambers; a vessel placed adjacent to the ventilation chamber; a spaying unit for radial spraying of water inside of the vessel into the ventilation chamber for capture of odour and smoke contained in the air inside the ventilation chamber. The heating device versions are characterised.
EFFECT: effective elimination of odour and smoke released in the process of opening the closed boiling chamber.
