FIELD: measuring technique.

SUBSTANCE: method of stabilization of parameters of microscopic heater is based upon heating of microscopic heater by stabilized amplitude current pulses; duration of pulse is adjusted by PDM-generator. As feedback signal for PDM-generator the value is supposed to be used, which value is proportional to resistance of microscopic heater. Stabilization of resistance is performed by making changes in relation of pulse durations to duration of pause. Device for realization of method is described. Device can be used for measuring quickly changing (increasing) concentration of gas mixture component to be controlled.

EFFECT: improved precision of operation; higher fidelity of operation of measuring member of gas detector.
