FIELD: construction industry.
SUBSTANCE: method for controlling the device of active thermal protection of buildings and structures relates to the construction of energy-efficient buildings and structures with heat loss recovery through sheathing and to methods for controlling compression-type heat pumps. The device of active thermal protection of buildings and structures contains a compressor-condenser unit located in a heated room, a temperature-regulating valve and an evaporative unit in the form of a flat evaporator installed outside the thermal insulation coating of the building. The temperature of the outer surface of the evaporator and the temperature of the outside air is continuously measured. A control signal is generated for an alternating electric current frequency converter used for the compressor electric drive, corresponding to the nominal power of the compressor, if the difference between the temperature of the evaporator and the outside air temperature exceeds the set upper value of the control range, proportional to the value of the actual difference of the simultaneously measured temperatures in the control range and corresponding to zero compressor load when the lower limit of regulation is reached.
EFFECT: increase in the efficiency of heat loss recovery of the building through sheathing, resulting in a reduction in the environmental burden on the ambience and a reduction in energy consumption for heating the building.
