FIELD: oil industry, particularly racks, ramps, troughs or bins, for holding the lengths of rod singly or connected.

SUBSTANCE: device comprises frame, rack, pipe or rod receiving and transferring mechanism, rope and drive. The frame has anchor and gutter for pipes or rods. The gutter is made of tube having diameter equal to casing pipe diameter and coaxial to the casing pipe. The gutter is installed at angles to horizontal and vertical lines equal to that of casing pipe axis so that front and rear gutter ends may independently move in horizontal and vertical planes. The gutter has lower cut with drive arranged in the cut. Elevator is installed in the gutter. The drive is engaged with rope. The frame comprises engaging mechanism, which engages pipe or rod remote from well. Engaging mechanism has pipe or rod thrust arranged in elevator coaxial to the gutter and rotating about gutter axis.

EFFECT: provision of pipe or rod trip operations through inclined well.
