DOWNHOLE PIPE LAYING DEVICE Russian patent published in 2022 - IPC E21B19/14

Abstract RU 2776550 C1

FIELD: oil and gas industry.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the field of oil and gas industry, in particular when repairing wells for laying downhole pipes, rods. The device for laying well pipes includes a receiving bridge with a tray, the receiving bridge is rigidly mounted on racks, the receiving bridge racks rest with their lower end on the slide, a container for collecting process or well fluid with the possibility of attaching to the receiving bridge racks, on both sides of the receiving bridge are located pipe accumulators made in the form of folding sections. A section of one of the accumulators is equipped with drain troughs for draining downhole or process fluid from the surface of the pipes. The troughs are made so that the end of each previous trough overlaps the beginning of the next one in the working position. The device also contains a drain pipe tying the wellhead with a container, a funnel. The troughs placed in the storage sections have an angle of inclination of 2° towards the outermost trough. The initial chute on the left is equipped with a shoulder, and the end chute is equipped with a transverse drain guide, which makes it possible for process and well fluids to drain into the tank. The fastening of the gutters to the sections of the drive is ensured by the installation of pins inserted into the racks at different heights of the sections of the drive and screwed into the body of the chute. In order to avoid stagnation of process and downhole fluids, the troughs are made rounded with a depth of 0.1 of the width of the troughs. The funnel is screwed into the drain pipe and is located above the wellhead flange opposite the sleeve of the extracted pipe. The funnel is L-shaped and has a beveled upper edge under the sleeve of the pipe extracted from the well with the possibility of 50% coverage of the outer surface of the sleeve of the pipe extracted from the well. The tray of the receiving bridge is equipped with slots for draining downhole and process fluids into the tank. The tank and troughs are made of non-metallic material.

EFFECT: exclusion of environmental pollution during the extraction of pipes from the well and their laying, in improving the culture of production and labor protection, as well as in the exclusion of stagnation of well and process fluid on the chutes of individual sections of the storage tank, in reducing the metal consumption of the structure.
