SUBSTANCE: device can be used for widening functional abilities of invalids with impairments if musculoskeletal apparatus or with absence of musculoskeletal apparatus due to getting invalids to take part in useful physical activities outdoors, first turn of invalids living in countryside. Device has invalid wheel chair with removable implements. Removable implement is made in form of scraper, which scraper is connected with both sides of wheel chair by rocker mechanism with lower and spring-loaded upper control-rods. Scraper position sectors are mounted at axis of driving wheels. Any sector is provided with T-shaped locker and with two restrictors. Lever is mounted at any axis of driving wheels entoectad from fixation sector. Lever has handle; lever is capable of turning. Hinges connect lower control-rods with scraper and with axes of wheels. Hinges with scraper connect upper contact-rods with levers. Upper and lower contact-rods are mounted for turn in planes, which are parallel to plane of symmetry.
EFFECT: wider functional abilities of handicapped persons.
