Device comprises a wheeled chair with elastic wheeled tracks and an attached implement. The implement represents a ploughing device for cultivated planting. The implement comprises a symmetric frame which is fixed on drive wheel axes of the wheeled chair, an executive device to form a plough of the required cross-section section and levers for mounting the executive device. The levers are provided with a ratcheting device to fix the lever position and interact with sectors of the lever position fixation.
