SUBSTANCE: invention relates to machine-building in social sphere and can be used for attraction of disabled people with disorders of musculoskeletal system to useful physical activity outside buildings. Essence of invention: device contains wheel chair with detachable tool, made in form of sprayer, which includes communicating air-tight containers. Air-tight containers are provided with hand pump, hole, which is covered with cap, and branch pipe with locking device, which is connected with sprayer by flexible hose.
EFFECT: extension of functional possibilities of disabled people with disorders of musculoskeletal system by attraction to useful physical labour outside buildings.
