FIELD: air balloons; methods of manufacture, assembly and use of air balloons.

SUBSTANCE: proposed device for assembly of air balloons has threaded connecting unit made in form of fasteners mounted on both sides of balloon envelope. One fastener is made in form of rod provided with ear on one end with hole and slot and spherical head on other end. Other fastener is made in form of plate with hole and through slot for receiving the rod; sizes of head of this rod exceed sizes of plate hole. Sizes of rod and plate hole are so selected that amount of clearance for placing the balloon envelope between them is taken into account. Assembly of gas-filled balloons consists in connecting the balloons into shaped structure with the aid of mounting devices formed by connecting units mounted on balloon envelopes. Connecting units are mounted on balloon envelopes at points of their contact in filled state for forming the required shaped structure; then balloon envelopes are filled with gas and definite connecting units are connected in pairs by means of fasteners; cord is passed through some of them.

EFFECT: reduction of time required for preparation of balloon at retained spherical form of balloon.
