FIELD: air balloons; method of manufacture and outfitting of air balloons.
SUBSTANCE: according to first version, device for outfitting of air balloon has body mounted in balloon neck and provided with through passage with gas inlet and outlet holes; it is also fitted with check valve; balloon is provided with fasteners. Body is made in form of stepped tube having one part of large cross-section and other part of small cross-section. Butt of tube on side of part of small cross-section is closed and inlet hole of passage is matched with open butt of tube; its outlet hole is made in side of part of small cross-section near closed butt. Body is mounted in balloon neck with open butt outside; large cross-section is so selected that tight contact of balloon neck to external surface of body should be ensured which is necessary for obtaining required tightness of the balloon in filled state. Check valve is made in form of elastic circular membrane mounted on external surface of tube part of small cross-section and closes outlet hole of passage. Difference in external radial dimensions of tube parts exceeds thickness of membrane by amount of clearance at which contact of balloon envelope neck with membrane is absent. According to second and third versions, device has different form of body and is provided with envelope retainer and venting unit. Envelope retainer is mounted inside balloon on body above envelope neck near open butt of body. According to first version of outfitting the balloon, envelope retainer is placed inside envelope, after which valve body is mounted in balloon envelope neck with inlet hole of its passage outside so that edge of neck is located near edge of body; then balloon is filled with gas through inlet hole of passage and valve body is forced inside balloon together with envelope neck held on it due to friction forces till body is sunken beyond envelope surface; envelope neck and body are secured in required position by means of envelope retainer. According to other versions, method of outfitting the balloon includes additionally bleeding the air from envelope and keeping the balloon in the bled state. After required term of storage, balloon is filled with lighter-than-air gas, helium, for example.
EFFECT: reduction of time required for preparation of balloon at retained spherical form of balloon.
