FIELD: air balloons; methods of manufacture, outfitting and use of air balloons.

SUBSTANCE: according to first version, device for outfitting the gas-filled balloon includes fasteners and body with through passage provided with gas inlet and outlet holes. Body is made in form of tube whose one butt is closed for mounting the body in elastic neck of balloon envelope with the open butt outside. Inlet hole of passage is matched with open butt of tube. Outlet hole of passage is made in side wall of tube and is oriented across tube of body. Passage is fitted with check valve made in form of elastic circular membrane which is matched with balloon envelope neck; it is mounted on external surface of tube overlapping the outlet hole of passage. Length of body is so selected that it should be embraced in filled state by balloon envelope neck on both ends of tube. According to other versions, devices differ in position of membrane which is matched with envelope and length of body is so selected that it is embraced by two layers of envelope on both ends of tube; body is provided with circular groove on its external surface near edge of open butt. According to first version, method of outfitting the balloon includes mounting the valve in elastic neck of balloon envelope with thickened part at the end; body of this valve is provided with passage with inlet and outlet holes in its side wall which is closed by neck; balloon is filled through passage of body. Body is mounted in balloon neck with open butt outside and thickened part of envelope neck is located on the outside at edge of butt. After filling the balloon with gas, body is forced inside balloon envelope together with part of neck located on it to depth at which second layer of envelope pulled on body embraces it and holds edge of open butt inside the balloon. According to other versions, methods of outfitting the balloons differ in position of envelope neck thickened part in circular groove; in filling the balloon envelope with gas, balloon envelope neck is pressed to valve body near outlet hole of passage.

EFFECT: reduction of time required for preparation of balloon at retained form of balloon.
