FIELD: petrochemical industry; natural gas industry; other industries; production of the dust and gas trapping devices.
SUBSTANCE: the invention is intended for washing of the industrial enterprises ejections of the dust and gas into the atmosphere, the complex purification of such ejections from the solid aerosols and the molecules of the harmful gaseous impurities (SO2, NOX, etc.). The dust and gas trap is supplied with the swirling apparatus located inside the feeding gas pipeline and with the streams receiving screen made in the form of the cone hung coaxially to the stream booster. At that the dust and gas trap is supplied with the slit laminated cylindrical sprayer of the washing liquid located on the upper edges of the cylindrical body of the additional washer. The invention is intended to raise the level of the liquid-gas mixture turbulence in the process of the dust and gas trapping by the stream of the washing liquid, to intensify the washing processes inside the chamber of the additional washer, to raise the total efficiency of the dust and gas purification by introduction in the design composition of the additional components.
EFFECT: the invention ensures the increased level of the liquid-gas mixture turbulence in the process of the dust and gas trapping by the stream of the washing liquid, the intensification of the washing processes inside the chamber of additional washer, the increased total efficiency of the dust and gas purification by introduction of the additional components in the design composition.
