SUBSTANCE: the invention may be used in chemical industry, oil producing industry, oil refining industry, microbiological industry, pharmaceutical industry, food processing industry; perfume industry; fodder industry; heat and power industry, chemical-photographic industry; other industries. The rotary-pulsing acoustic apparatus contains the stators, on which butts there are the coaxial cylinders with the raceways and the disc of the rotor, on the butts of which there are the coaxial cylinders of the rotor with the raceways. The shaft of the rotor is made composite consisting of two half-shafts. At that the cantilever-type half-shaft, on which the rotor disk is installed, is made from the constructional material with the acoustic quality factor from 13000 and more, and the second half-shaft is made from the constructional material with the acoustic quality factor of less than 13000. The cantilever half-shaft of the rotor, where the disk of the rotor is installed, is made stepwise and with the groove of the smaller diameter. The contact seal is mounted on the second half-shaft made out of the constructional material with the acoustic quality factor less than 13000. The bearings, by means of which the shaft of the rotor is installed in the body, are located on the second half-shaft made out of the constructional material with the acoustic quality factor less than 13000; between the two half-shafts there is the vibration damping gasket. The technical result of the invention is the increase of efficiency of the process of treatment of the free-running mediums by formation in the apparatus of the high-effective high-intensive in the wide range of the oscillation frequencies of the plane of the disk of the revolving rotor.
