FIELD: navy; observation of sea surface from submerged submarine.
SUBSTANCE: proposed periscope is provided with optical system and is mounted on conning tower. Upper part of periscope is secured to fore section of submarine with the aid of guy-rope. Secured on upper part of periscope to clip with bearing are two guy-ropes whose ends are secured on compensator drums. Spiral springs fitted on drums are used for holding the guy-ropes in taut state. Compensators are mounted in fore section of submarine over width of deck.
EFFECT: avoidance of vibration and bending moment during motion of submarine.
