SUBSTANCE: catapult launching is performed by means of electric current passing through inductive coils made in form of solenoids with iron core moved inside them by electromagnetic field; iron core draws aircraft on deck by tow line attaining sufficient speed for takeoff.
EFFECT: enhanced efficiency.
