SUBSTANCE: method involves delivering heat from one or more heaters to hydrocarbon-containing reservoir part, wherein one of the heaters is installed in one of holes drilled in reservoir; providing heat transmission from at least one heater to reservoir part; supplying fluid to above reservoir part through hot zone or in close proximity thereto; controlling partial pressure H2 in above reservoir part; hydraulically cleaning at least fluid portion in above reservoir part and producing mixture containing hydraulically cleaned fluid from the reservoir.
