FIELD: solid-propellant rocket engines, in particular, tubular powder charges of the "brush" type, mainly multigrain ones, with a little burning time.

SUBSTANCE: the powder solid-propellant charge has a cover filled with an elastic adhesive material, with cylindrical pins with a circular grove installed in it, and channel powder grains fastened on them. The pins with channel powder grains are installed in parallel rows, and any adjacent pins are spaced at similar distance forming equidimensional triangles. The method for manufacture of powder solid propellant charge consists in installation of pins in the cover with an elastic adhesive material and fastening of channel powder grains on them. Them the rated quantity of pins is simultaneously pressed in the elastic adhesive material. The pins are installed in parallel rows on the charge cover with provision of equal distances between the adjacent pins and provision of a damping layer between the cover bottom and the pins. After that vulcanization is performed. Then an adhesive compound is uniformly applied, by a single thickness, onto the outer surface of the pins. After that channel powder grains are installed and cured up to polymerization of the adhesive compounds.

EFFECT: simplified manufacturing practice and reduced cost, provided reliable fastening of the powder grains and their complete combustion without destruction.
