FIELD: heating systems, fuel.
SUBSTANCE: invention refers to rocket engineering and deals with brush-type powder charge of solid rocket fuel, which is attached to booster engine chamber bottom of rocket system with optical guidance on acceleration-midcourse section. Powder charge of solid rocket fuel incorporates rocket engine chamber bottom and cylindrical pins with an annular groove, which are connected to rocket engine chamber bottom by elastomeric attachment material. On pins by means of adhesive compound there fixed are channel powder elements, and at that, pin is glued in the channel of each powder element. Elastomeric attachment material is a low-viscous quick-hardening polyurethane composition. Each powder element is installed on the pin before cylindrical division flange of the pin so that end surface of powder element is tightly connected to end surface of cylindrical division flange of the pin. The latter has diametre equal to outer diametre of powder element, and width of 1-2 mm. On the pin part included in powder element channel there made at a distance of 1.0-1.5 mm from the surface contacting the powder element is an additional annular groove 3.5-4.2 mm long and 0.25-0.3 mm deep, which is filled with adhesive compound. Pins are installed with a stop into the rocket engine chamber bottom by being uniformly submerged in low-viscous quick-hardening polyurethane composition; at that, bottom of rocket engine chamber is filled with the latter up to cylindrical division flange of the pin.
EFFECT: improving operating reliability of brush-type charge due to eliminating remaining solid fuel being burnt.
