FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: method involves conducting wires through iliac bone and lower part of femur and intraosseous rods are introduced through the greater trochanter in frontal plane. Subtrochanteric osteotomy is carried out with internal canal being made. Proximal fragment is turned along distal fragment axis and distal femur fragment subjected to osteotomy is introduced into proximal fragment as far as epiphysial plate of femur head. After having produced bone regenerator filling the whole bone cavity of proximal femur fragment, cervico-diaphysial angle is created corresponding to age-specific norm near the distal femur fragment exit from the proximal one.
EFFECT: enhanced effectiveness of treatment; accelerated treatment course; prevented extremity shortening; proximal femur fragment shape recovery.
