FIELD: medicine; traumatology.

SUBSTANCE: osteotomy of trochlear part is performed sidewise-longitudinal, starting from the upper surface of neck of femus basis to the exit at the internally-lateral side of the femus in a subtrochanteric part. Additionally, the proximal part of the femus is osteotomised at the basis of greater trochanter in the direction perpendicular to the plane of previously performed osteotomy. Voiding of greater trochanter and distal femus fragment is performed with simultaneous correctional, thereat the distal fragment being relocated in advance.

EFFECT: contours restoration of proximal part of the femus, its spatial position and length during deformations is performed.
