FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: method involves using trough-like implant manufactured from porous titanium nickelide having porosity of 30-60% and pore size of 50-500 mcm. Its shape and dimensions correspond to defect. Implant thickness belongs to interval of 0.3-0.5 mm. Routine manipulations of urgent bleeding arrest are carried out as exact single stage implant pressing against defect edges and retaining it for 40-60 s.
EFFECT: accelerated operation procedure; increased operation consistency.
