FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to medicine, namely to field of surgical treatment of malignant tumors of head and neck and can be applied in larynx cancer treatment by endoprosthetics of its skeleton. As endoprosthesis, implant from permeable porous titanium nickelide is used in form of plate curved according to the form of replaced segment of thyroid cartilage, with dimensions larger than dimensions of gaping defect formed during resection, for installation and retentional fixation on said defect edges. Implant is installed above separated and preserved on pedicle external perichondrium of thyroid cartilage, laid as internal layer of the whole defect-replacing complex. Plate implant is placed above external perichondrium.
EFFECT: ensuring possibility to reduce terms of healing and increase operation justificability.
