FIELD: medical engineering.
SUBSTANCE: method involves producing dental row model, preparing abutment teeth, fitting, setting standard plastic teeth and filling abutment teeth imprints with self-hardening plastic. Gingiva retraction is carried out before preparing the abutment teeth. Dental model from silicon mass is taken off and the mass is removed in the vicinity of dental row defect on the dental model, forming groove along the alveolar process. Groove dimensions correspond to intact dental row segment. Abutment teeth preparation, fitting and setting standard plastic teeth is carried out in the oral cavity. The silicon dental model is mounted on the dental row in the oral cavity with the abutment teeth imprints filled with self-hardening plastic till plastic polymerization is over.
EFFECT: simplified and accelerated production process.
