FIELD: medicine.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to medicine and is intended for momentary repair of detachable clasp prosthesis for temporary use. Before extraction of teeth or subjected to removal fixed prosthesis impression from silicon is made with present clasp prosthesis, restoring necessary part of basis by means of heated wax sheet. Teeth are extracted or fixed prosthesis, subjected to removal, is taken off. After taking an impression wax is removed, restored part of basis is filled with self-hardening plastic of pink colour and imprints of teeth or fixed prostheses - with plastic of white colour in accordance with natural colour of teeth or prostheses from cermet, after which imprewssion is re-installed into oral cavity until complete hardening of plastic. After that impression with prosthesis is taken out of oral cavity, prosthesis is removed from impression, grinded, polished, installed into oral cavity for application until permanent prosthesis is made.

EFFECT: method makes it possible to ensure fast restoration of defect, which is formed after extraction of subjected to extraction teeth or fixed prostheses in case of support teeth destruction with preservation of function and esthetic signs of smile and face.
