SUBSTANCE: method involves excising cicatrices and removing neoplasms. Free skin flap is cut out in mating eye upper lid region repeating sizes and configuration of defect part disposed in upper or lower eyelid. The free flap is fixed on defect periphery. Incisions are made as continuations of defect part disposed in temporal and/or buccal region and skin flap is separated on broad base. The broad base skin flap is moved by pulling, to cover defect portion disposed in temporal and/or buccal region. The broad base skin flap is fixed on defect periphery and free skin flap.
EFFECT: enhanced effectiveness in substituting defect with plastic material of identical structure, thickness, color; placing postoperative cicatrices in natural folds depth and on lateral face surfaces.
