SUBSTANCE: method involves covering the vast eyelid skin defects. To do it, neoplasms are ablated and cicatricial formations are excised. Spindle-shaped skin flap with vascular pedicle is cut out in nasolabial fold zone on the same side with the defect. Flap length and width match lateral nose bridge, nose or cheek defect part surface dimensions. The flap is brought through built canal towards the defect to close the lateral nose bridge, nose or cheek defect part. Excess flap is excised to make it repeat the lateral nose bridge, nose or cheek defect part shape and size. The flap is fixed on defect edges. Free skin flap is cut out from the matched eye eyelid region to make it repeat the lateral nose bridge, nose or cheek defect part shape and size. The flap is attached to defect edges and to the skin flap having hidden vascular pedicle. Donor wound is sutured. The wound is drained.

EFFECT: enhanced effectiveness in restoring anatomical integrity and protective function of eyelids; minimized postoperative cicatricial changes.
