FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to medicine, namely to oncology. Donor’s material is grafted. In this case, a blood sample is taken from patient's radial vein. Plasma rich in platelets is obtained by double centrifugation. Lipoaspiration is performed, the resulting fat cells are mixed with the prepared platelet-rich plasma. After removal of a tumor in a volume that is adequate to the prevalence of the process, the skin is sharply cut according to the marking with formation of skin-fat flaps, they are moved to the place of a postoperative defect. Prepared mixture of plasma rich in platelets and adipose tissue is injected into the subcutaneous fat tissue of the flaps, taking into account the volume of the lost tissue. Prepared flaps replace the formed defect of the eyelids and surrounding tissues. Fixation is carried out with nodular sutures along the edge of the operating wound, suturing the donor zone, applying an antiseptic and applying bandages to the main and donor wounds.
EFFECT: method allows to improve the quality of life of patients with malignant tumors of eyelid skin, due to simultaneous elimination of an extensive postoperative defect, which, in its turn, will allow achieving social and labor rehabilitation.
